Andrew Foulkes

Andrew is part of our Bristol Business Development team, focusing on the growth and delivery of the Bristol heat network. With a background in operations, project management, and energy retail, Andrew brings a practical and strategic perspective to the development of low carbon heating solutions.

His current work centres on expanding the heat network into new areas of the city, creating retrofit connection offerings in partnership with Ameresco, and developing innovative connection products to meet diverse customer needs. Andrew collaborates closely with Bristol’s property sector to build strong relationships and align on shared sustainability goals. He also leads engagement on connection opportunities across Bristol City Council’s corporate and housing estates, supporting the city’s ambition for a decarbonised future.

Passionate about enabling the vision for the Bristol heat network, Andrew’s role combines strategic development with stakeholder engagement, with the ultimate intention to generate comprehensive support and desire for the network throughout the city.
