Jarrod GIroud

Jarrod Giroud is Head of Delivery and Operations for our London region, where he leads the development and implementation of low carbon heat networks to support the UK’s transition to a fossil-free future. Jarrod is responsible for the Delivery and Operations team, overseeing the provision of reliable cooling, heating and hot water to customers at Brent Cross Town. He also supports ongoing development of the Riverside heat network.

With nearly four years at Vattenfall, Jarrod has progressed through roles including Project Manager and Head of Delivery, driving complex infrastructure projects that enable sustainable urban heating solutions. Before joining Vattenfall, Jarrod held senior positions in energy and engineering, including Director of Energy Solutions at Haydon Mechanical & Electrical Ltd and technical roles at E.ON UK. His career spans over a decade in the energy sector, with expertise in project delivery, asset management, and strategic implementation.
