As Customer Operations Manager, Jennifer leads our multi-channel customer service delivery, billing, and revenue management. She ensures customers receive a seamless, responsive, and high-quality experience across phone, email, and live chat. 

Jennifer’s day-to-day work involves monitoring service performance to keep response times and quality on track for customers and reviewing customer contact and operational data to identify any recurring issues. She also oversees the accuracy of billing and debt management, whilst ensuring our customers are supported with managing debt via clear guidance and fair, empathetic solutions. 

Since joining Vattenfall in 2023, Jennifer’s focus has been on creating smooth, dependable processes and supporting our customers with a consistent, and customer-centric service experience. Before this, Jennifer worked in customer operations and sales within gas and electricity, technology and retail industries.

Jennifer is also a member of the District Heating Divas network; for her, membership is about contributing to a more inclusive and informed sector by engaging with a community that actively supports and uplifts women.
