Marina Murdasova

Marina Murdasova is the Head of Delivery and Operations Scotland at Vattenfall Heat UK. She leads a vibrant team, ensuring smooth project development, execution, and asset operations. With a civil engineering postgraduate degree, Marina began her career as an HVAC design engineer in 2009. Since then, she has designed, delivered, and operated various heat networks.

At Vattenfall, Marina oversees project delivery from early development to execution, ensuring projects meet financial and quality standards on time and within budget. She also ensures a reliable, uninterrupted energy supply from low-carbon sources, focusing on data-driven performance and operational efficiency.

Marina is a proud Chartered Engineer and a member of CIBSE. She’s passionate about mentoring young professionals and is a strong advocate for women in the energy industry.
