Marina Murdasova

Marina is Head of Delivery and Operations in Scotland, supporting our delivery of large-scale, low carbon heat networks across the country.

Marina leads a vibrant team, ensuring smooth project development, execution, and asset operations. She oversees project delivery from early development to execution, ensuring projects meet financial and quality standards on time and within budget. She also ensures a reliable, uninterrupted energy supply from low carbon sources, focusing on data-driven performance and operational efficiency.

With a civil engineering postgraduate degree, Marina began her career as an HVAC design engineer in 2009. Since then, she has designed, delivered, and operated various heat networks.

Marina is a proud Chartered Engineer and a member of CIBSE. She’s passionate about mentoring young professionals and is a strong advocate for women in the energy industry.
