Nicky Bohm

Nicky is Director of People and Culture, supporting our delivery of large-scale, low carbon heat networks across the UK.

Nicky is responsible for the strategic and tactical People and Culture agenda for the Customer and Solutions stream in the UK. Nicky develops and drives the Business and People strategy as member of both the heat network business’ leadership team and as part of the broader People and Culture management team.

Her team is responsible for managing the employee experience within the Vattenfall heat network business, ensuring employee engagement is high.

Nicky has worked for Vattenfall since 2020 in the wind and heat networks businesses. She has extensive HR experience; prior to Vattenfall, Nicky ran her own HR consultancy, supporting businesses across a range of industries. Nicky is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, holds a Masters in Employment Law (LLM) and was an accredited Investors in People Practitioner.
