With nearly a decade of experience in the water industry, Omolara brings a deep understanding of customer expectations, consumer compliance, and operational excellence. She is committed to preparing our organisation for upcoming regulation, which will be a pivotal milestone for the heat networks sector which will enhance standards, strengthen trust, and deliver better outcomes for customers.
Omolara works across all our heat networks, supporting internal teams as well as partners, developers, and customers in Scotland, London, and Bristol. Her collaborative approach ensures that stakeholders are aligned and empowered to deliver excellent customer service and sustainable solutions.
