Mike Reynolds Joins Zero Carbon Heating Taskforce

"This important initiative brings together experts from across society to help us reach carbon zero."

Yesterday, the Green Finance Institute announced the Zero Carbon Heating Taskforce. As part of the GFI's Coalition for the Energy Efficiency of Buildings (CEEB), the Taskforce brings together a focused and multidisciplinary group of CEEB members with experts from the heating sector to "design, launch and scale the financing mechanisms needed to enable toe rapid adoption of zero-carbon heating technologies in individual buildings and across entire districts of the UK".

Joining that taskforce is Vattenfall Heat UK's Managing Director, Mike Reynolds.

I look forward particularly to sharing our city-scale vision for a lower-carbon future with our industry peers.

"I am delighted to join the Zero Carbon Heating Taskforce. This important initiative brings together experts from across society to help us reach carbon zero. This is the right approach, as climate change is a challenge of scale like no other we have faced in history. We will only achieve real change by working together, and I look forward particularly to sharing our city-scale vision for a lower-carbon future with our industry peers."

- Mike Reynolds, Managing Director
